Offbit operates as an online marketplace that enables independent instructors to list and promote classes, workshops, and related experiences. Offbit provides listing and discovery services only and does not organize, supervise, or conduct classes.

Payments

During the beta version, payments are arranged directly between learners and instructors. Offbit does not process or hold funds.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

During the beta version, Offbit does not process payments. Payments are arranged directly between learners and instructors. Refund eligibility and cancellation policies are determined by the respective instructor.

Instructor Terms

Instructors operate as independent service providers and are responsible for:

• Venue arrangements and participant safety
• Accurate class descriptions
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Tax obligations

During the beta version, instructors collect payments directly and manage refunds.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
